Rich text editor upgrade

The rich text editor used inside the H5P authoring tool has been upgraded. H5P authors will notice a more modern user interface, which should improve the authoring experience.

The rich text editor is found within each text area that supports formatting options (bold, italic, lists, etc).

SSO improvement

This improvement will make sure a user attempting to log in will be redirected to the identity provider for all scenarios. Previously, the user could end up on the h5p.com login page for some scenarios.
