With the Basic LTI 1.3 feature on H5P.com it's possible to achieve the following:
- Learners will gain access to all their H5P reports.
- Authors will get access to all their H5P content (including reports). They will also be able to create new and update existing H5Ps
Set up Basic LTI 1.3 in Moodle
To add the H5P.com tool to your Moodle course, you need to have an H5P.com account, ensure that your Moodle administrator has set up the LTI 1.3 integration with H5P.com and have previously inserted an H5P in Moodle, then follow these two steps:
Step 1: Go to the course you wish to add the results page and click on content, then add a new "Activity or resource" and then in the popup click "Add External tool"
Step 2: Name the tool and insert your H5P.com Redirect URL (Tool URL), check the " Preconfigured Tool" box has the correct option, and click on "Save".
Once you've completed these steps, you'll have access to H5P.com in the newly created placement.
Accessing basic LTI 1.3 as an author
You'll see the H5P.com tool in the Course, inside the Content, and then in the Module.
Here you should be able to create and edit H5P content within the H5P window.
Accessing basic LTI 1.3 as a learner
You can also see the tool in the Course Navigation as a learner, after finishing a task.
When they use the tool, learners can view their reports that were authorized by administrators and authors.
