About the roles – H5P

These are the roles and what each of them can and cannot do:

Collaborate on content Can be added as collaborator, and can edit content owned by others if added as collaborator, but not delete it.	❌	✅	✅	✅
Manage sharing for content Can add users as collaborators for own content or content where they are collaborator.	❌	✅	✅	✅
Change own identity Can change own email, lastname and firstname	❌	✅	✅	✅
Manage other's content Can edit and delete (but not permanently) other's content. Can also change who the content is visible for.	❌	❌	✅	✅
Change the owner of the content Able to change the owner of any content.	❌	❌	✅	✅
Manage organization folders Create, edit, move and delete organization folders	❌	❌	✅	✅
Manage authors and learners Can create, edit and delete (not permanently) learners and authors.	❌	❌	✅	✅
Manage all users including admins and super users Can create, edit and delete (not permanently) learners, authors, super users and admins.	❌	❌	❌	✅
Permanently delete user account Can access the user archive and permanently delete users from the archive	❌	❌	❌	✅
Permanently delete content Can access the content trash and permanently delete content from the trash	❌	❌	❌	✅
