After our February 2026 release of the new look and feel, we have noticed and experienced some issues with our content types.
The main issue is that, since this is a major release, we may require additional time to fully roll out upgrades to several content types to their latest versions. Unfortunately, this process will take some time.
On our end, we are ensuring that content is upgraded correctly, applying hotfixes, recovering missing data, and making sure incidents like this can be prevented in the future.
Symptom:
As a user, you may have noticed that some elements are not behaving correctly, that the H5P editor is missing information, or that the editor freezes, forcing you to leave the page.
Temporary solution:
In the meantime, we recommend that users do not edit or save changes to existing content to avoid potential file corruption and wait until the update is fully rolled out.
As a temporary workaround, downloading the existing H5P file and re-uploading it as a new one appears to be working correctly. You may consider doing this. This guide explains how to download and upload H5P content: Download or Copy H5P Content Using the Reuse Button.
